Dr Syam Krishnan

Dr. Syam is a material scientist who completed his PhD in developing metal oxide-based asymmetric supercapacitors. After working in industry after his PhD for two years, he resumed his research career, solving various industrial problems on waste recovery and energy storage materials. His research interests mainly revolve around sustainable energy storage materials focusing on their prospects for commercial devices. Currently, he is working as a research fellow at the School of Chemical Engineering, University of Melbourne, to develop high-voltage next-generation supercapacitors.
